An entrepreneur from Tilottama, Minraj Bhusal, has brought a hotel with a beer garden in an area of ​​5 bigha to give a new and original identity in this area.

Currently, there is a loan investment of Shine Resunga Development Bank in the hotel with an investment of more than one billion.

Owner Bhusal said that the different and new features of the hotel are connected with the green forest, the rooms of the hotel are completely made of salla wood (Udan Villa) and the fresh (draft) beer of its own industry is available without sealing in the bottle. Bhusal is also the owner of Baharsinge brand beer industry.

Bhusal, the owner, said that in the first phase, a beer garden, 20 Udan Villas (rooms), a hall with a capacity of 50 people, a four-star bar, a dance club and a spa have been put into operation in the hotel, which has been connected with the five-star hotel Tiger Palace Resort.

Udan Villa was designed by an Austrian engineer. Bhusal said that such Udan Villa and Draft Beer Garden are only outside the Bharsinge Beer Industry in Trishuli Kinar Kurintar.

Owner Bhusal said that the Chinese restaurant with a capacity of about 200 people and a banquet hall with a capacity of 1000 people are in the final stages of construction, so the hotel is being officially opened in Nepali New Year.

He informed that in the near future preparations are being made to build 40 more rooms, a swimming pool and a mini casino and get the approval of a four-star hotel.

“We have invested in the hotel with the aim of providing new hospitality services with different characteristics to domestic and Indian tourists”, said Bhusal, “We have introduced the facility of enjoying fresh beer while sitting in a green environment under the open sky as a new experience in this area.”

He revealed that tourists who come to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, are also the target guests of the resort.

Bhusal said that if there is political stability and business environment in the country, the plan is to invest an additional 150 million rupees and upgrade it to a five-star hotel and add service facilities targeted at Indian tourists.

“We believe that the resort being built in a quiet and green environment away from the city will create a different identity in the tourism sector of the province”, Bhusal said, “The natural environment, open space and original structure style have made the resort different from other traditional hotels, in the future the goal is to make it an exemplary wellness and entertainment tourism spot in Nepal.”

General Manager Kshitij Khanal said that about 70 locals are currently directly employed in the resort.

Ramkrishna Khan, city chief, said that this hotel is expected to become a model tourism destination not only for Tilottama but also for the province, which has been developed with the aim of providing a different experience for domestic and foreign and Indian tourists coming to Lumbini.
