19 Chait, Kathmandu. Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the National Independent Party (RASWPA), will be allowed to fight the case through Wares in the Sanopyla Savings and Credit Cooperative fraud case.
Lamichhane reached the district court yesterday (Wednesday) and understood the date. During that time, he also demanded to get heirs. On Thursday, the bench of Judge Suman Kumar Neupane issued the order as requested by him.
According to Tehsildar Devraj Bhattarai of the court, as soon as he understood the date, he got the wares from the wares to fight the case.
‘He said to get permission for wares. Permission has been granted today,’ he said.
Along with this, there is no need to go to Parsa court for Lamichhane Tarekh. There is a case against Lamichhane in Parsa’s Small Payla cooperative fraud case.
Ravi Lamichhane is an MP elected from Chitwan-2 in the February 21 election.
