19 Chait, Kathmandu. CPN-UML has congratulated the government led by Prime Minister Balen Shah from the House of Representatives meeting. UML parliamentary party leader Ram Bahadur Thapa addressed the parliament meeting on a party basis and congratulated the prime minister by saying that the RSVP was involved in the Genji movement incident.
