27 Chait, Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Vice Chairman Bishwa Prakash Sharma has suggested the party’s seasoned and experienced leader Arjun Narsingh KC to become a political leader.

Addressing the party’s Gandaki province review meeting held in Pokhara, Kaski on Friday, Thapa suggested that KC should now adopt the path of becoming a political leader from a party leader.

Deputy Chairman Sharma said this at a time when KC is aspiring to become the leader of the parliamentary party.

Sharma said, ‘When he (KC) wants to become the leader of the Congress parliamentary party himself, it will be difficult for us to say no. Therefore, we expect him to take the path of becoming a politician from the position of a leader is timely.

Arjun Narsingh KC is the only experienced person in the Parliament of 2048. He is also the oldest. “The most experienced youth should be a qualified personality with energy. That’s why we want to see him not only as the leader of the parliamentary party of the Congress, but as a common parent of all the parties,” he said.

He said that they expect that KC will facilitate the unanimous selection of the leader of the parliamentary party among his fellow MPs

Deputy Chairman Thapa said that if there is no consensus, the leadership of the parliamentary party will be selected in the new year.
