18 Chait, Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Prakasharan Mahat has claimed that all the old supporters of the special convention want to get rid of them and open their way. On Wednesday, outgoing Acting Chairman Purna Bahadur Khadka and Dr. Leader Mahat said this while speaking at a discussion program held by Shekhar Koirala Prakashdhar.

“The special people want to end all the old ways and open our way,” he said.

He said that the current political situation is unfavorable for the Congress both nationally and internationally. He pointed out that there are some weaknesses in the government and party operations.

He commented that the Congress has been tipped as ‘we will be the first’ in the elections as well.
