The Parsa District Court has allowed Ravi Lamichhane, the chairman of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA), who is a defendant in a case related to fraud and organized crime, to appear in court through a guardian. The bench of Judge Suman Kumar Neupane of the Parsa District Court gave this order on Thursday.
