18 Chait, Kathmandu. The Election Commission is going to conduct the voter list collection and update program from this 22nd of Chait. After the announcement of the House of Representatives Member Election, 2082, the Commission postponed the work from last November 6th.

Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, Co-Secretary and Spokesperson of the Commission, informed that Nepali citizens who have received their National Identity Card number can register their names in the electoral roll through the online system through the details of their National Identity Card.

In the case of Nepali citizens who are not affiliated to the national ID card system, they have to attend the province/district election office to fill in the online form through the Commission’s system and give their biological details with their photo and fingerprints.

According to the statement released by the commission today, correction of errors in the voter list, removal of duplicate names, updating of death and migration details can also be done online. Rasas
