28 March, Kathmandu. CPN United has commented that the report of the investigation commission headed by former judge Gauri Bahadur Karki is incomplete and biased. The CPN United Congress Organizing Committee meeting held on Saturday termed the report of the Karki commission as incomplete and biased and demanded that another commission be formed to investigate the events of August 23 and 24.

In a statement issued by the acting president of the party, Ghanshyam Bhusal, it is mentioned that 11 points have been decided including various national and international issues.

In the second point of which it is said, ‘Since the report of the Gauri Bahadur Karki Commission is incomplete and biased, this meeting strongly demands that a powerful investigation commission be formed under the chairmanship of the sitting judge and the criminals involved in the incidents of August 23 and 24 be prosecuted.’

In another point, it has been demanded to form a high-level investigation committee to investigate the assets of high-ranking employees, political figures, officials of the judiciary and people in public positions since 2048.
