According to Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, the regulatory body of the country’s aviation sector, with this, the maximum fare of Kathmandu-Dhangadhi route has reached 23 thousand 59 rupees.

According to the authority, only the price of fuel (fuel surcharge) has increased in the fare. Earlier, the price of fuel for Dhangadhi was fixed at 5,600.

However, on Tuesday, Nepal Oil Corporation increased the price of domestic aviation fuel from 125 to 251 rupees per liter.

Along with this, the price of fuel for Dhangadhi route has reached 11 thousand 90 rupees. Now the minimum rental rate of Dhangadhi has been fixed at 14 thousand 457.

In addition to the cost of fuel, the fare includes the fare charged by the airline, 13 percent Value Added Tax (VAT) and airport charges.

According to the Airline Operators Association, the new fare has been implemented. According to the airline company, due to the increased dollar value and fuel price, air service management has become a very challenging situation.

The fare for the Kathmandu-Mountain route has now reached a maximum of 18 thousand 26 and a minimum of 11 thousand 342. Kathmandu-Bhadrapur has reached a minimum of 9 thousand 989.2 rupees and a maximum of 15 thousand 837 rupees.

Similarly, Kathmandu-Viratnagar minimum 8 thousand 88.9 rupees and maximum 12 thousand 765 rupees, Kathmandu-Janakpur minimum 5 thousand 565 rupees and maximum 7 thousand 70 rupees. According to the authority, the minimum number of 5 thousand 15 and the maximum number of 8 thousand 605 on the Kathmandu-Pokhara route have been maintained.

Similarly, the minimum price of Kathmandu-Bhairawa route has reached 7 thousand 6 rupees and the maximum price has reached 11 thousand 16 rupees. The Kathmandu-Nepalgunj fare has reached a minimum of 10,800 and a maximum of 17,148.

Kathmandu-Tumlingtar has reached a minimum of 6,327 and a maximum of 9,920. The fare of Simra-Dhangadhi route has reached 26 thousand 306. In which the fuel fee has reached 12 thousand 735.
