A dog under his care was killed by a man by holding him by the neck and throwing him on the ground. Manoj had been taking care of the dog since it was born. He complained to the police after seeing the dog he raised like a child being killed so brutally.

But during the investigation, it was said that the mental condition of the accused person was not normal. It was suspected that he might be mentally unbalanced as he sometimes behaves normally but sometimes behaves alone and behaves abnormally.

Because of this, the person has been placed in a human service ashram on the initiative of animal rights activists and locals. Manoj said that Bina Pant and Irfan Khan of animal rights activists ‘SPCA’ helped the animals in this process.

It is said that the accused responded ‘amusing’ to the question why he killed the dog. However, due to his poor mental condition, treatment and monitoring have been prioritized over legal action.
