18 Chait, Kathmandu. On Wednesday, the NEPSE stock market index fell by 74.73 points. With that decrease, NEPSE has remained at 2776 points. The market has been in the red since opening today. Earlier on Sunday and Monday, the market had decreased by 119 points in two days, but yesterday on Tuesday, the market increased by only 19.7 points.

Despite the sharp fall in the market, the turnover has increased by about 1 billion today. The turnover of 11 billion 11 crores the previous day has become 12 billion 10 crores today. The value of 13 companies increased, 255 decreased.

All the group indicators of the market have decreased. Other group index decreased the most by 5.26 percent. As the value of Nepal Reinsurance Company decreased the most by 9.84 percent, the indicators of other groups were more affected overall.

Likewise, banking 2.31, development bank 3.18, finance 3.03, hotel and tourism 2.12, hydropower 2.81, investment 2.67, life insurance 2.02, production and processing 0.39, microfinance 1.99, non-life insurance 2.22 and business group decreased 3.96 percent.

6 companies’ prices increased by 10 percent. The price of 6 companies listed in the market recently increased by 10 percent. Among the companies that have increased by 10 percent are Reliance Spinning Mills, Superkhudi Hydropower, Ridgeline Energy, Suryakund Hydroelectric, Bhujung Hydropower and Hotel Forest Inn.

The price of Nepal reinsurance decreased the most by 9.84 percent. Similarly, the price of Saptakoshi Development Bank decreased by 7.28%, National Hydropower by 7.17%, Shivshree Hydropower by 7.00%, and Himal Dolakha Hydropower by 6.41%.

Himalayan Reinsurance, AP Power, Ngadi Group, Shivam Cement and Nepal Reinsurance Company are among the companies that have a lot of business today.
