Binita Khadka, wife of former minister and Nepali Congress leader Deepak Khadka, has submitted a writ of habeas corpus in the Supreme Court. On Tuesday, Khadka submitted a writ of habeas corpus to the Supreme Court. ‘In the case of Deepak Khadka, I would like to inform you that his wife Binita Khadka has filed a writ of habeas corpus,’ said Arjun Prasad Koirala, spokesperson of the Supreme Court.
